Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we have a live tracking portal that can be used for you to use while your goods are en route to their destination.
Are you on the move or don’t have time to login?
No worries, give us a call or drop us an email through to the team and an operator will give you a live update there and then.
What hours do you operate?
We operate all hours around the clock, 24/7 365.
At SPF we’re on hand and ready to go at all hours of the day and night.
As we have drivers working day and night, our operators are ready to take inbound work whenever necessary.
Can you guarantee my items will be delivered?
Absolutely, yes. We have a 100% guaranteed delivery rate.
We do this by firstly tracking our drivers at all times, which also allows us to accurately calculate collection and delivery times.
Secondly as we provide all of our clients with Proof Of Delivery (POD).
We don’t just provide one POD, we provide two.
This includes a photo of the item delivered on site and secondly a time stamped signature from the receiver.
We provide these on all deliveries to all clients.
How are you able to have a driver on site in less than 60 minutes?
As we have a vast network within the industry, we have access to thousands of drivers strategically placed across the country.
This gives us limitless potential as we can guarantee deliveries, having such a vast network.
All of our drivers are highly experienced within the industry who take professional care.
What areas do you cover?
Our HQ is based within Gloucestershire, meaning we’re local to Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury, as they’re right on our doorstep.
This however by no means limits us to just these areas.
We have a nationwide coverage with drivers driving up and down the country everyday, which allows us to pinpoint one of our drivers and strategically collect or deliver in the location necessary.
